2020 Fleet Safety Conference Call for Papers
If you consider yourself to be an expert on a particular topic that addresses fleet safety and would like to share your wisdom, you’re invited to submit an abstract for consideration.
Are you interested in speaking at the 2020 Fleet Safety Conference in July?
Automotive Fleet is in the process of curating the educational sessions for the 2020 Fleet Safety Conference, taking place July 27 – 29 in Chicago.
Speaker proposals for the conference should explore current and expert insights and practical education on improving fleet safety for fleet, risk, safety, sales, human resources and EHS professionals. Topics at the conference in the past have focused on topics including developing fleet safety policies, autonomous vehicle technology, distracted driving, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and much more.
If you consider yourself to be an expert on a particular topic that addresses fleet safety and would like to share your wisdom, you’re invited to submit an abstract for consideration. The Call for Proposals submission deadline is Thursday, April 30, 2020.

FLEET MANAGEMENT AUDIT
Fleet management is the use of a set of vehicles in order to provide services to a third-party, or to perform a task for our organization, in the most efficient and productive manner with a determined level of service and cost.
Fleet management activities are shown in the following graph 1:

The proposal audit analyses and assesses all fleet management activities shown in the graph 1, and its main goals are:
- Know the overall status of the fleet management activities
- Provide the analysis, the assessment, the advice, the suggestions and the actions to take in order to cut costs and increase the efficiency and efficacy of the fleet management activities
With the information obtained, we’ll elaborate a report that holds the overall status of the fleet management as well as the suggestions, recommendations and the measures to take in order to cut costs and optimize the fleet management activities.
