{"id":6085,"date":"2020-06-14T18:10:44","date_gmt":"2020-06-14T16:10:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/advancedfleetmanagementconsulting.com\/eng\/?p=6085"},"modified":"2020-06-14T18:10:44","modified_gmt":"2020-06-14T16:10:44","slug":"afla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/advancedfleetmanagementconsulting.com\/eng\/2020\/06\/14\/afla\/","title":{"rendered":"AFLA 2020 Conference Shifts to Virtual Format"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afla.org\/page\/AFLA2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2020 AFLA Corporate Fleet Conference<\/a> is shifting to a virtual format and will now feature its presentations and educational sessions online when it is hosted later this year on Oct. 5 \u2013 7, 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Association has dubbed the upcoming virtual conference \u201cAFLA NextGen,\u201d and will make further announcements regarding the change in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe AFLA 2020 Corporate Fleet Conference is transitioning to a truly \u2018NextGen\u2019 conference this fall as we shift to a virtual format. The Conference Task Force is currently working to outline this dynamic educational and networking format while enhancing the unique AFLA experience which brings us together each year,\u201d the Association announced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier this year, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, AFLA hosted it&#8217;s inaugural <a href=\"https:\/\/www.automotive-fleet.com\/352169\/afla-canada-2020-fleet-summit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AFLA Canada Fleet Summit<\/a>, which saw more than 200 attendees at the Hilton Toronto Airport Mississauga, Ontario on Feb. 12-13, 2020.
