After you log in, you can choose the \u201cHome\u201d icon in the top left at any time to return to the \u201cWelcome\u201d screen or select the \u201cPhone\u201d icon in the top right at any time to connect to a Fleet Response representative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">To start a claim, the user first enters or scans his or her vehicle identification number (VIN) and then enters his or her contact information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Next, the user is presented with the \u201cReport a Claim\u201d option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Once the user answers a few preliminary questions, the next step pops up regarding possible injuries or additional vehicles that may have been involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">If the driver was injured, if another vehicle was involved, or if the fleet vehicle is not drivable, the user will be prompted to contact Fleet Response for immediate assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">After the user completes each of the required fields, he or she is prompted to upload damage photos directly to the app.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Each address field can be changed to identify the location of the incident and to locate a shop near the driver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Next, the app prompts the user to choose a body shop. He or she can click \u201cSelect This Repair Shop\u201d or, to view other area shops, click \u201cNext Repair Shop.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Users can review their claim information and click a red \u201cpencil icon\u201d to edit or correct information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Finally, selecting the \u201cSubmit Your Claim\u201d assigns a Claim Number and a dedicated Claim Representative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Users can choose to screenshot this page for their records with a simple click of the camera icon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Ready to Go<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">And that\u2019s it!
