The Agilis CrossClimate is features better durability over extended mileage, improved protection from impacts and punctures and all-weather performance for year-round rough work conditions as well as wet braking in high-stress applications.<\/p>\n
E-commerce is now a $700 billion part of the economy and it’s drive by light and medium-duty delivery vans. The sector is expected to expand by as much as 50% in coming years, according to Adam Murphy, Michelin vice president of marketing.<\/p>\n
Trades, construction and infrastructure sector are about to see exponential growth as the demand for construction trades on new-home construction explodes, along with the repair and renovation business for existing homeowners. Many of those services are provided by contractors operating equipment that needs the Agilis CrossClimate tire.<\/p>\n

The Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tire is engineered with multiple innovations:<\/p>\n
MaxPressure Profile optimizes the tire footprint for better wear life under high pressure, heavy loads, high torque and stop-and-go driving. Additionally, the StabiliBlok design provides wider and longer tread blocks that resist extreme torque while providing relatively cooler operating temperatures under full loads and at high speeds.<\/p>\n
The Michelin Agilis CrossClimate LT-metric tire lasted up to 19% longer under heavy loads than comparable commercial tires. SipeLock provides hundreds of biting edges for improved wet and snow traction without sacrificing tread-block stability. On wet pavement, the Agilis CrossClimate C-metric tire and the LT-metric tire stopped better than comparable commercial tires. On snow-covered roads,tire demonstrated better snow traction than three leading competitors\u2019 commercial tires, according to Michelin.<\/p>\n
Curb Gard sidewall protectors resist curb scrubbing in urban environments. This tire has more than twice as much nylon reinforcement as the Michelin Defender LTX M\/S for improved sidewall strength and durability.<\/p>\n
The C-Metric tire has a directional tread design, while the LT-metric uses a non-directional tread pattern.<\/p>\n
With a \u201cThree Peak Mountain Snowflake\u201d designation from the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association, the Agilis CrossClimate meets the tire industry\u2019s requirements for severe snow service and is designed to be a onetire solution for drivers in climate zones with significant seasonal temperature changes.<\/p>\n
